Rojgar Sudhar is conceptualized as an initiative, aimed at the interest of upliftment of unemployed  and underemployed individuals through various initiatives like skill workshops and legal awareness camps.

 

We champion fair labor practices.

Also in the cards to impart right thoughts as a confidence building measure by catching them young since school and college days through rigorous internship programs to instill the thought of "AtmaNirbhar Vikshit Bharat" by mastering the art of "Rojgar Sudhar", rather than preparing for employability skills.

Because being focused about employment generally jeopardizes unlimited growth potential for any person.

Through our 'Each One Teach Two' mentorship model, we strive to equip gig workers and those in need with the tools necessary for economic empowerment and sustainable livelihoods, fostering a supportive community.
